Residency Fees

At Kevin’s House, we believe clarity builds trust.
Our program fees are straightforward, transparent, and reflect the structure, safety, and accountability our residents receive.

Weekly Residency Fee: $250/week

This includes:

  • Fully furnished shared bedroom

  • All utilities including high-speed internet

  • Structured sober living environment

  • Random drug and alcohol testing

  • Weekly house meetings

  • On-site house leadership

  • Access to all amenities including gym, hot tub, basketball court, and a fully-equipped kitchen

Move In Requirements:

  • First week’s residency fee

  • Non-refundable security deposit of $250

  • Signed residency agreement

  • Negative intake drug screening

Program fees are due weekly and must be paid on time to maintain residency in good standing. We believe financial responsibility is part of long-term stability and independence.
